Covenant House Academy has made changes to the student enrollment/process for the 2020-21 school year in response to COVID-19 requirements.
New Students
We will have drive through enrollment at Covenant House Academy Monday - Thursday from 8:30 a.m until 1:00pm

Documents needed for enrollment
Birth Certificate and/or Passport (If immigrated within last three years)
Copies of all Transcripts from Previous High Schools
Immunization (Shot) Record
Records Proof of Address (Utility Bill or Leasing Agreement)
State Identification (For Students 18 and over)
IEP Paperwork (If Applicable)
Returning Students
Returning Student Enrollment for the 2020/2021 school year will be very simple for you! If you were enrolled at Covenant House Academy Grand Rapids the 2019/2020 school year you will automatically be enrolled for the 2020/2021 school year.
If any of your contact information has changed (address, phone number, parent email, etc.) OR you are not planning on returning to Covenant House Academy Grand Rapids in the fall, please contact us directly at (616) 364-2000 or email GREnrollment@chayvs.org
Our school offices will open beginning July, 31 2020
Students who have previously attended CHA-GR but have not been enrolled since March 2020 must re-enroll

Masks for all students & staff
Limited hallway movement
One classroom all day
Hand sanitizer throughout the building
Regular cleaning throughout the building
Remote Learning
Remote learning is flexible, but has specific requirements
Login to Edmentum & Clever daily M-F
Check in with your advocate teacher and/or classroom teachers at least twice per week
Complete at least 15 hours of work per week
